Upcare fees correspond to the fee structure laid down in the guidelines of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). These fees are updated regularly, and an establishment fee may be charged to new NDIS customers. Further information on the NDIS fee structure can be found at www.ndis.gov.au. Upcare understands that many community members are not entitled to state-funded services or will need more support than their funding can provide. Therefore, we also offer services to private paying customers.

Upwork does not oversee funds remaining in a participants NDIS package. It is advisable that you keep a regular check on the balance to ensure you have funds to cover continuing services.
Invoices and claims are processed weekly.
Please note – services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are still invoiced.
