We’re seeking kind, motivated individuals who:

• Are great listeners and take the time to understand what truly matters to the people we support
• Can communicate with empathy, patience, and respect
• Are capable of working independently (with supervision), but also enjoy being part of a team
• Are comfortable using everyday technology and learning new systems
• Hold a valid driver’s licence (this is essential)
• Have flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Are genuinely passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others

Depending on your location, you’ll need the following:

• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check: Also known as a Yellow Card in Queensland or Standard NDIS Check in Victoria
• A National Police Check, cleared within the last 12 months
• The ability to meet visa working requirements if you’re not an Australian citizen
